I have taken this for 3 years now. I think it really helps to keep my mind alert.

Pretty sure it helps
I’m going on 52 and started taking these at least a year ago. I find when I stop taking them that I’m not as sharp when it comes to keeping track of everything at work. I tell myself it’s an investment in my health and performance and that makes the cost easier to digest.

It might be a placebo, but I do feel a BIT sharper after taking this for months. What irritates me the most is the wasteful packaging--these come in three bottles of 30, but once the cotton and desiccant is removed, all the pills can be easily put into one bottle. Prevagen really needs to do something about this or I will look for an alternative.

For me, this works!
I have tried different products to help with memory improvement, like Ginko, so when I saw the Prevagen ad, I thought I would give it a try. I have been pleasantly surprised to find that it actually did improve memory. It does take a few days to start working, but after about 3 weeks, I was sure that it was helping. At the age of 70, I was simply forgetting details from things that I have read. Now, remembering locations and dates comes easier. Nothing is going to make our brains work like they did 40 years ago, but I do believe that the Prevagen does help the grey matter work better.

**UPDATE** INSPECT YOUR BOTTLE LABEL!
BE CAREFUL! I've been ordering this for years but the last batch was different - the tablet was harder/different consistency. Then I realized there was another label placed over one that had a big "VOID" STAMPED ON IT!! It should have been destroyed - not re-labled as new!!! VERY Disappointed in Prevagen! Bad business practice - especially considering the cost of this! ***Update - wanted to let you know that Amazon issued a full refund - so Kudos to you Amazon. IN ADDITION - I contacted Prevagen directly - they said that the tablets were safe to consume - that this was just a marketing re-labeling to update the product packaging. I hate to be skeptical, but I will be discarding them anyway,
