Roku 3920X Premiere Streaming Player New 2018

We have a 2005 LCD Sony TV in the guest room. We got rid of our cable box and use YouTube TV which is much, much cheaper. Who views 450 stations anyway?? I ordered this device not knowing if we could use our old TV. Lo and behold, it fired up as soon as I plugged it in!! Because the ancient TV didn't have an HDMI connector, I purchased the convertor cable (HDMI to RCA Composite Converter Adapter Compatible with Roku Stick - white and red wire for audio and yellow for video) and EVERYTHING WORKS!!! In addition to regular TV, we now have all the Netflix, Amazon, Disney, etc. etc. available because of Roku. Easy and straight forward set up. Can't recommend enough.

I purchased the Roku for under $20 and the description said used. I am almost 100% sure it was new. Box looked new. I prefer using the Roku device as opposed to the Roku TV because of hackers and annoying people who would rather steal from honest folks instead of working. It's just my luck so I don't feel the need to press it. I hooked it up to my TV HDMI port and turned it on. And that was the installation. So easy. My parents and inlaws purchased some after coming over and they no longer pay for cable or satellite, just Internet.

Owned less than 8 months and remote no longer works. I tried all the troubleshooting that I found. Nothing has worked. Roku should stand behind there product. Of the 8 months I’ve owned the Roku, I was out of town 5 months. Hence, only used 3 months.

It is so easy to use and works great!

Easy to setup right out of the box. The whole process to setup was done in just a few minutes. This is an upgrade from the Roku express I had. Difference is the picture quality. I am completely satisfied with the unit.

Can’t get it to work

The ruku is a good streaming device but this came from USA with different plugs etc... but luckily the wires from my old one worked with it.

Buen producto, muchas horas de uso y sigue funcionando y sin trabarse; Tengo muchas aplicaciones y tiene buena compatibilidad, y ve los videos que carga de manera correcta. Ademas cuenta con un "control" digital desde tu celular. Pero algo a destacar sería que lo usa mi padre que ya es mayor y la accesibilidad e navegación se le facilita demasiado. Lo super recomiendo

Es excelente, por su tamaño pequeño es discreto, se puede llevar a cualquier parte fácilmente y colocar en cualquier sitio con la ayuda de la tira de goma adhesiva que viene incluida, (sin embargo, al estar en funcionamiento el dispositivo se calienta, lo cual es normal y la tira adhesiva comienza a despegarse debido al calor que genera). Se conecta mediante el cable HDMI y el cable de alimentación USB/micro USB. Admite las plataformas de streaming más populares, como YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, Claro Video, Crunchyroll, entre otras. El control es de buen tamaño, funciona a la perfección con dos baterías AAA que vienen incluidas y tiene botones de acceso rápido para algunas plataformas. El software es fluido, las apps se cargan relativamente rápido, ofrece una solución práctica de bajo costo si no se quiere adquirir una smart TV o si se tiene una a la que ya no le funciona el Wifi y no se quiere deshacer de ella (el cual es mi caso).

Mi televisión es viejita sin wifi pero si con entrada de HDMI y cuando le conecte el Roku tuve acceso a Spotify, Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Roku tv y otras apps de streaming que son gratuitas, la verdad me encanta más este Roku!! Muy fácil de instalar y de usar, antes tenía un Google Chromecast pero fallo y lo reemplace con Roku, me gusta más Roku que Google porque es más fácil de usar y la app sin ninguna complicacion, puedo usar mi teléfono para enviar lo que quiero ver en la tele o puedo solo usar el control sin necesidad de usar mi teléfono, Roku es una maravilla y el producto llegó rápido y en excelentes condiciones además de que el control ya incluye baterías lo único malo es que el control del roku no trae para subir o bajar el sonido de la televisión y no tengo control de la tele.
