I am really disappointed with Amazon with this purchase. Received a defective product and on replacement send me a different product. Totally wasted my time and energy on replacing the product. I am completely satisfied with the product for the level of cooling and it's build quality except the noise level. Blower is bit noisy at higher modes when compared to other models with fan, but for me it was tenable at low speed. I am not sure why it has got high level l, when it's noise is unbearable. The honeycomb cooling pads seem to help with effective cooling and make a noticeable difference compared to regular fans. It’s easy to operate and fills the room with cool air quickly. The build feels solid, and maintenance like refilling water or cleaning the pads is simple. Overall, after regular use, we’re happy with the cooling performance and convenience — a good choice for personal/home cooling.

Overall quality of the product is good. The product need more variable speed to control the fan speed and that causes the noise level on the product to be on the higher side.
