Hamilton Beach Personal Smoothie Blender with 14 oz Travel Cup and Lid 14oz White 51101

Good blender. But although it is sold by a UAE seller, it is not suitable for use within UAE unless you get an adapter which is not mentioned here which one you need nor mentions that you will need one overall. Bought mine and bought an adapter from a store. Motor burnt on first use. And I as a costumer did not get compensated about this after contacting the seller, when no mention of adapters is made on this page whatsoever.

Okay so this blender has worked for nothing except mixing in my protein powder super efficiently. I would say if you are wanting this to double as anything...like even for making just a smoothie with banana in it...look somewhere else. Ive pulled this out time and time again trying to get use out of it and I thought I finally had a stroke of genius when I pulled it out to try pureeing super soft cooked veggies and water for my baby's food....no, it didn't work. Its like the blades don't catch absolutely any chunk going on in there. Anyways hope this helps someone.

I bought this nifty blender after reading all these 5-star reviews that showcased this product as the mother of all cute-functional-blenders. I am beginning to suspect that Amazon has much more paid 5-star ratings than they're letting on. The blender works but it is extremely weak. Do not try anything too complicated or crazy with it (like fruits or ice cream). Just stick to protein powder and it'll do okay. It's good to use with Tang - if you want to mix Tang with water, or those powdered iced teas too.Overall I give this 2 stars. For blending power I rate 1 star. To give credit, it is easy to use and easy to clean.Bottom Line:The only reason one would want this is if 1) They only mix Tang or powdered things with water. 2) You live in a studio apartment with a little galley and have no room for a real blender. 3) You like pink things.

I think I've bought four of these little blenders, for myself and adult kids in recent years. Great for making smoothies, good size, good price. However, they DO wear down over time. As a warning, it is not strong enough to crush ice. The blades on my most recent purchase are now bent out of shape -- and with small ice cubes -- and the upper unit no longer turns, even though the base motor still works. Kids have had the same problem. So, just be aware of what you are getting.

Lo compré específicamente para hacer las papillas de mi bebé y como estaba barato y es marca conocida, confié en qué sería suficiente. El tamaño y peso es perfecto, por lo que no ocupa espacio y te lo puedes llevar a donde sea; lo único malo es que no muele/licúa bien todos los tipos de alimentos (aunque estén cocidos y suavecitos) y a veces necesita más líquido del que debería echar para hacer papilla, por lo que a veces queda todo aguado pero sólo de esa forma lo licua. Lo recomendaría porque la mayoría de las veces sí funciona (a pesar de que también empieza a calentarse demasiado el motor y a oler raro) pero si puedes comprar otra marca (como nutri bullet o similar) harías menos corajes.
