Although I used many strategies to get rid of acne, I truly feel that I owe my awesome skin healing to the Averr Aglow products (this nighttime face mask + Cleansing Nectar). The face mask definitely works better when you add more products from the AA regimen. It does make your face white and chalky (my husband said I looked like a skeleton once LOL) but then rinses off easily in the morning. It provides nutrition to your skin while "sucking" out impurities from the pores (it's french pink clay and it can be quite drying so be aware of that).Just use a thin layer - I was totally overdoing it in the beginning, and you really just need a thin coating of product.Like anything, skin transformation takes time - 21 days on average for your face to cycle through a new set of cells. So while using this product I definitely had a few periods of "purging" where my face was trying to get rid of bad cells underneath the surface. I found using gentle chemical exfoliants can help keep the progress going! After a few months of use I finally feel comfortable going without foundation during the day (I'm on my 3rd bottle of clay mask and just finishing my first bottle of Nectar).TLDR: Basically, these products are a godsend, but I combined with a daily clear skin probiotic, a few facials, and a religious regimen of high quality clean cleansers/serums at home.

I have never written an Amazon review, but this skin elixir has earned my first. I have had chronic, cystic acne for the past 15 years, especially around my chin. You name it, I’ve tried it- prescription tretinoin and clindamycin spot treatment, curology, beauty counter acne program, salicylic acid, adapalene, all kinds of masks and face washes and spot treatments, even snail mucin and oral antibiotics, and nothing has stopped my acne like this! I use it every night, combined with the ordinary niacinamide and zinc a few nights a week. I have not had a single cystic zit since I’ve gotten it- the longest time in 15 years (I hope I’m not jinxing myself by posting this!)It’s pricey- but a little bit goes a long way, and it’s worth it to finally have a clear face.

Read all the reviews and decided to give it a try.This mask has strange odor. The texture is smooth and it seems to work okay, but I had no wow effect. Maybe it is just my skin type reacts this way. You will never know until you try.

Although I do not like the entire line that goes along with this mask, this particular product does wonders for clearing of your skin! I wear it to bed about three nights a week, or when my face is especially broken out, and it’s clear within about two days. It smells nice; it’s a little bit overpriced for how small the bottle is; and the one negative is that there are continuous issues with the dispenser.

I have been using this for a little over a week and so far I don’t see anything special about it. It is over priced and I was really hoping for a miracle. I’ve only been using it for a short time, so maybe I need to give it a little bit longer. I will say that I’ve had faster results (even within a short time frame) with a different product that is a fraction of the price compared to this product. It’s called bye-bye blemish drying lotion, it’s a good spot treatment. My skin reacts to products almost instantly, it really doesn’t take it very long to show respond to skin products. So for anyone who is using this product for a spot treatment save your money and try bye-bye blemish, because you might be happy with the price and the product. Bye-bye blemish has a few different types you can choose from but their original formula is very close to this product.

I have been using this mask for a while now, and it is the best product I have come across. It smells terrible - very herbal - but it's all-natural, and it actually works, so I'll live with it. It does make you look like a geisha when putting it on and smell very organic in a not-so-charming way, but ladies, this works! I have dry and sensitive skin, and most acne products are stuffed with acids that dry out the skin even more. I use the serum underneath this, and that seems to be a winning combo.

I first saw and ordered this from a fb ad about 2yrs ago (been using ever since) I purchased the whole acne system at firstbut this was the only thing that worked for me. It doesn’t dry out or irritate my very sensitive skin and it does not wipe off or bleach my pillowcase's like other acne products do!It doesnt really have a smell, its light and creamy and goes on very smooth! Its not an on the spot blemish treatment (it has a light pink tint) but will help dry acne up overnight!

I've been buying this for years. It had a clear aroma of tea tree oil. Almost unbearable but I loved it. I just received this today and it's half the size it used to be in a newly designed bottle for basically $10 less. Half the size, it should be half the price and I don't smell any tea tree oil! Smells bland. No one cares for a pretty bottle or new design. And I'm surely not fond of shrinkflation. Older bottle was 1fl and this new one is .5fl. Basically same price, expensive.
