Just what I needed
Bought this to replace the broken strap on my Kenneth Cole messenger bag. It's not an exact match (my bag is distressed leather) but it's better in many ways because it's more comfortable. It had a nice amount of give, it's more padded and it's curved so it sits on my shoulder better without feeling like I have to hold the bag with my hand.

Does it's job well
The strap really feels like it takes a lot of the weight off your shoulder. I wish they had a criss-cross kind of strap so it would be worn on both shoulders and distribute the weight evenly.

Shoulder Strap- long, strong, detachable that is comfortable too!
This strap is what I have been needing for a long time!Such a great solution for a long, heavy ( 12lbs ), awkward, GITZA Tripod bag-It probably will be great on your bag too! I wouldn't put it on a full bag of golf clubsbut that's in the 30lb+ range. This SOS OP/TECH strap is about 1 and 3/4in. wide and is awhopping 50in. long + 12 in more if fully, extended securely.It more than manages my 12lb bag, and the cushy shoulder pad is a welcome relief.OP/TECH makes many straps, this is the SOS -long one-I have a shorter one for my camera bag-and even a lighter-weight version one for my camera. Great Product!UPDATE- still going strong 8/22 and not a sign of wearing out - impressive! I just bought another shorter SOS for my camera bag.

Great shoulder strap

Small and flimsy hooks.
Bottom line…The hooks are small and flimsy.I fell for the hype in the description and paid $27 for what I thought was premium quality.It would get five stars if it was 10 bucks or less. For $27 you expect much better hooks.Besides being too small for my bass case rings , I recognize these hooks from saxophone straps I’ve had in the past and the Mechanism will eventually fail.

All day confort at work
I carry a 25 pound bag of electronics for up to 12 hours a day. This strap is comfortable. Flexes with each step. CAn be slung over either shoulder or across body. Easy to clean. Overall just what I was looking for.

Neato
I have used it for a while now and it works great. The quality seems very good. I use it for carrying my camera case. The camo makes me feel like a ninja (this is a positive thing).

Really helps to lighten a heavy load
Due to the curved design that fits comfortably on the shoulder without slipping off it makes jobs like leaf blowing so much easier. Also great for carrying a large gym bag or any heavy load.
