Genuine Honda Part
This is the S2000 spec oil filter, however I use them on my wife's V6 Accord (230,000 miles) and my Element (336,000 miles) as it has greater filter media area and more/larger inlet holes for maximum flow.

These are the exact oil filters you need for a Honda S2000
The Honda S2000 requires a different oil filter than most Hondas, that is designed to be torqued tighter to avoid loosening under the vibration of VTEC. These are they; don't risk losing the oil in your S2000 engine by using any other.
