Not the best I have tried. Sorry to say there has been little to no effect and will probably return to my former product. My guess is that the saw palmetto amount is too small. Other products have more than twice the amount of this product. Although the combination of ingredients did not work the best for me that is the case with many supplements and trial and error is the only way to find that out. However, the Helix store was very gracious and promptly offered me a refund which I received and for such great customer service I give them four stars.

The Saul Palmetto prostate pills I ordered from Helix health store it's helped me out a lot I love it and I've been taking it for two months it's made my life much easier for me and I will be ordering this item again and again and I recommend anybody that have a problem going to urinate more often then they should they should go out and try to order the Saul Palmetto because it will help them out a lot.

I'm on medication for prostrate and still get up two to three times a night. Since taking this I'm not like a teenager again but have improve greatly. Some nights I sleep all night!

I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to use.I feel great and lowered my psa from a little above 4 to 3 though my urologist will not give the product any credit for the decrease.

He is on his second bottle, hoping for better results. So far not much night time relief, but we're still hoping. I do know some supplements take longer than 30 days to take effect and we're hoping this is one of them. By the end of the second bottle he saw no positive results, very disappointed. L Pratt
