I use this product on its own on towel-dried hair, and also when I blow dry and then flat iron my hair. I love the way it protects my hair, and I'm already noticing a reduction in damage and improvement in hair strength/resilience. I've only recently started heat-styling my hair, and this serum has really helped me with manageability (I have fine hair, which means lots of frizz & flyaways). I've had no flyaways and next to no frizz since I started using this product (speaking from a humid Ontario summer location). Now, having said that, I combined it with the Organix Brazilian Keratin Therapy flat iron spray -- the combination of both really gave a sleek, professional finish to my hair that lasted 2-3 days, at least. For me, that's a lot! The anti-breakage serum has really helped me with cutting back on split ends and improving the look & feel of my hair without weighing it down too much. With blow-drying and then heat-styling (with flat iron), this product really came through for me with less breakage, and great manageability. I also use it when I need to keep my hair tidy when I'm not heat-styling it (i.e., braids or tied back for work/sports). It has made my hair look far healthier, too. Recommended if you need a bit of help with controlling frizzy hair, definitely. ^_^b
