I bought another ice pack for convenience and also if anything happened to the one I received with the product. It has kept my cats breakfast cool enough and fresh from 10:00pm-5:00am.

Does what it should, slight bulging over time, not sure how long itll last

Ice pack is perfect for what I need - as a spare for the pet sitter to use, but a little disappointed that it did not come in any externally packaging and looked either used or shop soiled (came in box with other ordered items)
