Gibraltar Mounting Arm for Electronic Drum Module

Perfect for mounting a Roland SPD-SX off my hi-hat stand!

I use this to attach my SPD-SX Pro to a DW 9000 ride stand, and it works perfectly. Reaches long enough to go where a second mounted tom would go, without overlapping a larger ride.

I have a Roland TD-25 mounted on this arm, and it works great. It's not very long, but it's very adjustable and sturdy. I like to position the module between my hi-hat and rack tom, as shown in the picture. This arm works well for it's intended use. If you have a very large kit and you need to hang the trigger module way off to the side, you might want to use a different bracket. For my 4-piece kit with 20" kick, it is the perfect size.

I wish it were a tad longer and knurled over the entire rod. The clamps will slip on the rod at the non-knurled ends. Also, make sure you have a stand that's heavy enough not to fall over when you add the weight of an electronic module to one side. Still, even it seems to be about the best option for this sort mounting at this price point.

Warning This clamp is too small to attach to a Gibraltar Rack Pipe. But it will attach to any cymbal stand. The only clamp that probably has even more options/flexibility it terms of weird placements would be the SC-EA 300 because it has an omni-ball.

Bought for an Alesis Samplepad and it works perfectly, i paired it with Gibraltar's drum module mounting plate off of my hi hat stand and couldnt be happier!

I’ve found the Gibraltar hardware to be consistently reliable, and this electronic module mount has a lot of angle options and seems very sturdy. I think it could be used for numerous other drum hardware purposes too, with some creativity.
