Proof of purchase is required in the form of a receipt (copy or original) and proof of damage may be requested to validate warranty. Hcd provides this warranty in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. In no event shall hcd, its affiliates, or subsidiaries be responsible for consequential or incidental damages arising out of a claim of defective product. Only cover and no metal included
I was surprise when I received the item. It doesn't have the metal and need to order it separately. When I ask to return it, they said I need to arrange my own courier but the return fee is expensive and they only cover half of the courier fee

No metal frame included!
Not usable, there is no metal frame. Not sure which compatible frame to buy next. Not mentioned Cover only.
