Does this replacement screen use the same defective gel that oem uses or something better? does it have anti glare coating or scratch resistance?

to me it looks better than oem. It works good and I have not had any problem with it. It was easy to install and there are videos on how to remove and replace on youtube. I installed it myself about 2 years ago.
