Very easy to use and effective.
Have two horses in this who are older and have developed unexplainable skin issues. Two months on this and their skin issues are clearing up. Syringe and bottle adapter provided for very easy use.

I was expecting to be disappointed but this stuff worked
The cost of this product is eye watering but worth it to me. I have a 17.2hh mare that I bought last May who just seemed to be progressively going more "off." Feeding her the requisite amount of this stuff at her 1600lb weight is financially brutal but I figured I'd give it a shot. I couldn't isolate the problem to any particular limb, but it was like no two strides were the same. Under saddle she was just starting to fall apart and my once forward, fun mare was getting to be behind the leg and quite difficult to keep off the forehand. I thought that by feeding Platinum CJ and Selenium her vitamin levels would be fine but apparently those products are formulated for horses living east of the Rockies who tend to get more time on vitamin E-rich grass. I figured I'd try the Nano E without doing a blood panel and see what happens. Within four days not only was my mare back to normal, she was better than she was when I bought her last year. Her extremely stiff right side issue cleared up immediately and she became much more laterally supple to the right. This stuff is amazing and I'm just going to keep using it despite the cost. I've never had a supplement work like this, I'm so relieved.

Liguid Vitamin E is the only kind that works.
Don't waste your money on pelleted vitamin E. My horse's levels were in the basement despite years of supplementing him with a pelleted multivitamin-mineral product that is (supposedly) high in levels of vitamin E. My vet explained that liquid vitamin E is the only stuff that really works well. My horse's lethargy disappeared within a week or two. We are just starting our second bottle and will retest soon. But, there is no question that this product was responsible for his recovery. Be sure to test before and after use because fat soluble vitamins can be dangerous if levels get too high. Also, follow the dosing instructions closely. Good luck. ADDENDUM: It is 4 years since I first wrote this review and I still feel strongly that this is an excellent product. But the price is outrageous. I just found another source of the exact same non-synthetic form of liquid vitamin E from Life Extension Foundation. Three human soft gels = 1200 IU = approx. 5-6 mL of NanoE for the cost of $18/month. Soft gels of vitamin E should be tasteless. I will experiment to see if the mare will even notice them in her grain. If so, perhaps I'll dip them in molasses or puncture them. I will try to remember to come back and let you know how it goes. Life Extension products are available here at Amazon.

Appears to be readily absorbed but dispensing an issue
Appears this vitamin E formula is more readily absorbed than natural oil or powder (oil on flaxmeal) based on initial results with a horses deficient in vitamin E. However if you readily need the product then be prepared as the manufacturer’s documentation is incomplete. No syringe comes with product. YOU need a syringe on hand and it must be small to fit the neck of the bottle. After rummaging through my equine first aid kit and finding all syringes were too large for the opening I had to run to the house for a canine syringe to dispense to vitamin E deficient horses. Cannot say whether product will help turn situation around as yet. But first experiences with nano-e have not been horse friendly.

One of the most researched Vitamin E products
It’s liquid so your horse benefits from it quicker than a pellet. It comes with a syringe for measuring, I find it easier to use my ml measuring cup. My horses did well eating this, just mix it in their grain. Vitamin E was recommended by my vet since I’m having to change the horses diet for this time of year. There’s another product I’m going to try since it’s a little more cost effective. If I don’t see good results with the second product I will definitely come back to this one. It’s the cost of the product that’s irritating to me and that there isn’t a reduced fee if you buy more than 1 bottle. I do like the product I feel it’s been beneficial, I’m 6 bottles into it.

Treatment for horses
Nano E is one of only 2 Vitamin E supplements that has some medical evidence behind it per my Vet. We have been using Nano E on a horse that has EPM along with the meds that kill the protozoa. Since EPM effects the Central Nervous system, my Vet felt Vitamin E would help with the recovery. . After 2 months treatment with EPM med and Vitamin E (my vet recommended double dose) he has improved 2 grade levels on neurological exam and is back to being ridden on drill team. Very pleased.
