I’m a super hot sleeper. I’m a tummy and side sleeper and I can’t have my pillows too firm or too soft or I’ll get a horrible headache. This pillow is amazing! At first I was like “hmm it’s kind of hard..” and I was worried it would be too firm for my liking but your head sinks down into it perfectly for just the right amount of support! It’s cooling, but not too cool! The smell has gone away (let it air out for 24-48 hrs) but taking it out of the plastic did have a funny smell. Overall this pillow is an amazing purchase!

[I received the replacement product - same problem] Be careful!! Received very dirty and dusty pillow!! Not even new - possibly straight from warehouse dust box. My pillow was delivered in a dirty and dusty plastic bag (not even in a box). When I opened it, the pillow itself was full of black dirt and dust. The included brochure was folded like a second hand, and full of dust. The wrapping plastic bag itself was sooo black and full of dust.

I bought a high profile for king size. It’s comfortable for all night long. It’s heavy but that doesn’t make a flaw specially is you don’t turn the pillow very hour. Concerning the “colling,” it’s true it helps a bit but keep honest, the only thing the pillow do is to spread the head, we cannot ask it to remain “cool” all night since there isn’t any external source to take it. I recommend it.

La esperaba con más firmeza, incluso al tener casi 17 cm de altura pensaba que aunque no estuviera muy firme la altura en si ayudaría a mi comodidad. Pero no, tristemente al acostarme sobre la almohada mi cabeza literalmente se hunde en ella y pues con eso pierde totalmente la linealidad mi cuello y es muy incomodo para dormir.

Schon lange wunderschöne Nachtruhe, dank diesem Kissen. Kühlung und Feeling, Super toll. Der Preis ist natürlich auch dementsprechend zu empfehlen.
