Just when my body let's me know I am in need of a boost. I feel that my brain fog has dispated. It has improved my energy levels and also somehow I feel my sleep has improved. The effectiveness for me are noticeable within a few days of use. There is no aftertaste that I have noticed. Note: that the colour of your urine will change to a brighter colour due to how some of B vitamins actions in the body.
