I needed this to add hard drives to a 7800 series Hikvision NVR a client had purchased. It worked perfectly. NOTE: There are TWO of these in the package. I missed that on the description.

This cable does exactly what it’s meant to do. Fits Hikvision recorders properly and powers SATA hard drives without any issues. Connections are solid, cable quality feels good, and there are no power drops or loose contacts. Simple, reliable solution if you’re adding or replacing a drive in a Hikvision system.

This works perfectly for my Amcrest NVR 4108E. Why in the world they don't use the standard SATA power connector, is beyond me.

If you looking for a Annke camera hardrive cable to connect a hard drive to a floppy 4 prong male outlet then this will do the trick. Wish they would advise being compatible with more device though!!

I purchased these because I purchased a Speco HU Hybrid DVR/NVR, Speco wanted $3,000 for a 32TB recorder and $950 for the 2TB recorder, so I picked up 4 8TB drives here on Amazon for ~$800 and saved myself nearly $1,000 buy installing the drives myself. The only downside to these wires is that they are very short, I know 7.5" might seem like a lot to your wife but I had to extend these lines about 4" to fit the Speco recorder. I wish they sold longer ones, it would have saved me some time. To be fair, they did say that they were 7.5" and that is tip to tip.

Worked great for connecting power from the board of my Surveillance Camera NVR to my SATA drive power connection.

I installed on HIKVISION NVR device so I'm still happy using with my HDD inserted.

The description stated that it was a 4 pin to 15 pin SATA power cable. What I received, despite the picture and description, was a 4 pin to 12 pin generic cable. It has been returned.
