ILM Motorcycle Helmet Full Face with Pinlock Compatible Clear&Tinted Visors and Fins Street Bike Motocross Casco DOT Model Z501(Surprise Yellow, Large)

Coming from a much heavier helmet, I'm absolutely loving this one! It fits my bluetooth communication system perfectly, feels high quality and like it could take a serious impact, yet is still lightweight and aerodynamic. Switching from an 1850g bucket to this one has done wonders for my neck, especially since I normally mount about 350g of cameras to my chin as well! My last helmet used to whistle with vents open, or if the visor was even open a crack... this helmet is dead silent unless you open your visor over 35mph (which goes without saying). I've been really enjoying the light smoke internal sun visor, which works great paired with the gold/orange tinted visor I chose with my model. The effect is more blue saturation, and looks great during the day. It also isn't dark enough to require me to switch at night, but I often do anyway since it's been colder lately and I've been fogging up a bit. Again, completely normal. ILM was very responsive when it came to me asking them a few questions about the product, and went out of their way to get me information and answers in a timely manner. From what I can tell, they'd be easy to deal with if it ever came to a product/customer support question or issue. So far I haven't experienced anything that would make me think I would need support though... the visor is actually resisting scratches, I have a spare rear fin, a spare clear visor, and a great carrying bag to help keep it all organized and protected. They even send a bag just for your visor! The value for money of this helmet is fantastic. I literally swapped to it from a helmet that was 3x as expensive, and doesn't have as many creature comforts. Just the presence of a thick gasket around the visor makes such a huge difference when it comes to wind noise. Literally no complaints from me as of yet, but I'll keep this review updated if that ever changes. Love all the different colorways, and so happy with the one I ended up choosing. Definitely worth trying this line out if you're riding anything smaller than a 650... I rip a 300cc naked bike through the canyons and feel confident in this helmet, but might want something more if I had a 1000cc sportbike on highways!

Bought the lizard red in XL,and it is ay better than expected! Looks great, fits great, very comfy. One of my favorite things if that my glasses stay on straight while wearing, which all other helmets if tried so far dont. Air flow is very decent, and installing comes was relatively easy. Also I didnt see this in the descrition but the teeth and spikes glow in the dark which I thought was kind of cool. Great bang for your buck, as everything works as it should. You would be hard pressed to find a helmet constructed of this quality for a similar price. Hopefully I will never need to test the durability!

For the price, its golden, fits my 11 year old daughter perfectly, its not to heavy, feels well made, specially for the price. My daughter likes riding with me and the good fit with solid construction give me confidence in her safety, we ride on sport bikes and Harleys, it looks good, more of a sport bike vibe but it looks good either way

Very well made and very comfortable to wear. The helmet construction is very well made and rivals more expensive helmets on the market. Design is awesome too. The helmet is very light weight and lots of vents. The airflow in the helmet is far better then most expensive helmets I’ve owned. Comes with 2 visors and interior drop down shade if you want the visor up. The visor I got was a clear and Chameleon visor, the chameleon visor are awesome, very clear with a hint of blue. I’m not sure but viewing through them was very similar to wearing my Oakley sunglasses that comes with polar and prizm lenses. The chin buckle has a quick release pull. The helmet comes with a Neoprene chin cover that helps from fogging and helps keeps cold air out durning the winter or cold days. It’s DOT rated. I have only been using it for a few weeks and I pray I do not go down with it. So for the overall safety of the helmet I can not confirm. But the price and value is well worth it. I’ve own different helmets from Arias, Shark, Icon, LS2, HJC, Bells and so far this helmet rivals all of them for half the price.

Una maravilla de casco. El tamaño me va perfecto, es más suavecito por dentro y cómodo que otros que haya tenido. El hecho de tener las dos viseras para intercambiar está genial, al igual que los dos alerones traseros. El detalle del hueco para meter las patillas de las gafas es una genialidad, no todos los días me apetece poner lentillas jajajaja Y ya por último: la visera interna, justo lo que necesitaba. Bonito, perfecto y adecuado para su función. Posdata: el color mate le da un punto extra.

Having worn high end expensive helmets, I can tell you this is a very good helmet at a fraction of the cost of any named brand. Very comfortable and looks great I was pleasantly surprised by this. Highly recommended 😍

This helmet looks great right out the box. Nice and light, clear visor, super comfortable. Coming with 2 sets of visors you can interchange is great- the tinted visor is amazing in the day- the clear visor is great in the day with the drop down sunglasses and perfect at night. Wore it for a few rides now and not to much wind noise, and the visor seals up real good to make the vents work like they should.

Super casque ! Cependant c’est un peu difficile d’enlever la visière, elle est homologuée normes E24 Z-501V060081 donc aucun problème avec les flics de jour (sauf erreur de ma part). Les aérations sont top sauf que celles situées en haut rendent un bruit assez fort, et la visière ne se ferme pas complètement exprès pour laisser encore plus d’aération, le petit clip qui permet à la visière de ne pas se fermer complètement a tendance à s’user assez facilement c’est un peu dommage mais c’est qu’un détail. Sous les mousses vous avez des scratch pour l’intercom même si selon moi elles auraient dû être plus proches des oreilles pour un audio idéal, vous pouvez également faire un "cable management" assez facilement grâce aux bandes en silicone sur les côtés du casque. Le casque est extrêmement confortable, il l’est plus que le K1S de chez AGV ainsi qu’une bonne insonorité. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas homologué piste... En conclusion : super casque en début d’haut de gamme, avec un design magnifique un prix abordable et très confortable ! Taille conforme !
