Saved me from taking my fender to the body shop. Fender was dinged up and had big chips out of the paint. I somewhat straightened the dings and got some paint to repair the chipped out paint but it still didn't look all that great. This plastic chrome trim was a cheap and easy install and it looks great on the bike. I spent a little time test fitting and ended up cutting out the lower half double sided sticky tape. The trim has a lip to grab the fender at the bottom so it really only needs sticky on the top and sides. Plus cutting out the lower section made it easier to line up straight when installing. Some reviews said they had issues with the corners holding tight, but I never had this issue. I cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol and heated up the fender with a heat gun and held pressure on the trim for a good minute and it's holding good and strong. This is a great product at a great price. My bike looks amazing again and it saved me a ton of money.

The piece was ok quality and all. Adhesive looked to be 3M like. HOWEVER, this is not for a HD Fatboy unless it’s a non-stock fender for a much larger tire. It almost looks like it’s for a fiberglass saddlebag trim. Maybe they sent me the wrong part. Just spent more and got the correct one from J&P Cycles.

The fender tip is over sized for the type of fender it’s designed.
