Product came with out instructions, seems like has been used before or a display case item, box is totally teared and scratches all over the metal parts, not worth what has been spent on it

works well , some parts not as picture
2 lockable pins are replaced with normal nuts ( for storage purpose ) extends wheels on the bottom ( black ) not included it does my work so i’m happy
