You should start with one drop in a small amount of water. As your body adjusts you can increase with another drop.

There is always a long date on bottle which is dark in colour. Keep out if the light. Never had any problems taking this brand fir many years.

How do you take this, what is the best way/amount etc?

Hi it takes awful so I had it in a really small glass of apple juice. 7-8 drops at a time. I was advised to take it by my surgeon prior to thyroid surgery to stop the parathyroid glands being done “sticky” and damage during surgery and it worked! Good luck
