Q: Does it have a multimeter ?

There is no multimeter mode, however, you can display voltage, its kinda nice, its a bigger font in a background block. But for me, it was no where accurate enough - I original bought it to use as a benchtop multimeter, and thought it would be nice to see slow roll of voltages. but like I said, it was too far off, from .1 to 2volts off, worse than a $30 meter. - I returned it same day.

Q: Again, can it be a spectrum analyser? don't kow what fft is.

FFT is Fast Fourier Transfer, which mathematically performs the same function as a spectrum analyzer, but with significant limitations.
