I purchased this product as a way to not need to plug my phone in during the day and it helps me do just that.I use my phone a lot for games so I tend to have problems with needing to charge it during the day at times I would normally be using it. I got this case so I would only need to plug it in at night.Now a lot of people are complaining about the charge speeds for recharging the case itself and I have 2 things to say about that.1st is make sure you have the correct charging block. I initially plugged it into the one I use for my phone since it claimed it had a mode for 5V 2A and it charged excessively slowly. (Estimated 16 hours to full) And did not also charge my phone at the same time. I looked into it and bought a charger with only the exact specs it recommends and even though it was an older model charger it charges faster now and will charge my phone at the same time without having to take it out of the case.The 2nd thing is the case itself does recharge slowly. It does not support super fast charging mode as a lot of modern phones do and is splitting power between your phone and the case making them both charge slower than they would alone. It usually takes 5-7 hours to fully charge when empty depending on my phones remaining battery but since when combined with my phones internal battery It holds enough charge to get me through a whole day I only need to plug it in before I go to bed making the 6ish hour charge time a non issue for me.P.S. the estimated charge time displayed on your phone is not accurate. Sometimes it is lower than actual and sometimes it is higher. This is because your phone can't actually see the cases battery levels and gets confused as to the charging speeds and available power.As for design the only flaw I have found is the placement of the charge on off button. When holding the phone sideways for certain games I sometimes hit the button turning it on. As I have gotten used to using it this happens less often but still on occasion gets pressed. It is easy enough to simply turn it back off with a double tap so I don't see this as an issue just a minor annoyance.Overall very happy with my purchase.

If I could give a zero i would. After a couple of weeks it just stopped charging. A piece of junk.

I just want to say this product is great. I did have a problem after about a month, where is stopped working for me. I contacted tech support for the product via email. They were very quick and helpful. We weren't able to get the product working right. But they sent me a replacement very fast. So if you are looking for a charger case, this is the one to buy.

This Product is good its just that it doesnt last long it takes up to 4 hours to fully charge and it only charges your phone 1 time if your at like 15%. the good thing about it is if your out and don't have a charger u can use it while your low on battery also if someone haves their charger and no adapter they can plug it in on the side and both of you can charge your phones together at the same time. If it last as long as it needs to charge i probably would of gave it a 5 stars.

I received My S21 5G Charging Case Only 2 Days Aftering Ordering It. The Delivery Time Was Lighting Speed Quick. I still Have To Give The Case Sometime To See How It Keeps A Charge. But Can Share with all the quality is good. Little bulky But Will Not Slip out Of Your Hand easily.

I just received the case. In all respects it is what I expected. It is nice and compact, it fits very well. The phone is easy to install and remove. The case is easy to charge just by using the charger cable that came with the hone. For all intents and purposes it is just like enlarging the phone battery. When the charging, it charges both, the phone and the case. When discharging, it discharges the phone first and then you have to turn on the case for it to charge the phone. It is an extra step but it is not that big a deal.I am disappointed that the USB-C connection appears not to transmit data. I need to remove the case to connect my phone to my computer. I also have to remove the case to connect my headphones. I am a diabetic and use my phone to measure my blood glucose by attaching the meter to the USB-C conector. I have to remove the case to my glucose meter. In short, the case would be perfect if the USB-C connector was to transfer data also and not only power. In other words, I paid $38 for a case with an extra battery but I have to remove it if I want to use the USB-C connector on the phone for anything else other than power. Even for my headphones.

Really useful if you have it on and there's no way to charge your phone. Only complaint is that my model doesn't charge the phone before itself so I always forget that I have it. Other than that, good purchase!

Charged the battery when I recieved it, without the phone connected to it and I'm glad I did. Went a bit later to check on it and the battery expanded....quite a bit, rendering the case useless. Will obviously be returning. I would say this was overpriced since it didn't last more than 45 minutes before becoming a potential bomb.
