Really nice package - comes with cables
I asked the question as to whether or not this came with cables - as the description didn't say either way, although it appeared it might. It does.... 4 of them. You will need an HDMI cable up to your screen but you'll probably already have one of these anyway. So far, so good. Although it's only got 3 USB sockets, because it's USB I'm actually running a USB hub off the switch to assign more devices (Webcam, Pod Speaker, Keyboard and Mouse) and I've got it configured and tested against my 4 machines. It's definitely a neater solution, with the combined HDMI and USB cables. Great product.

Works as Intended, but HDMI connection a bit flimsy
The item works as intended - you can connect up to 4 computers to a single monitor, keyboard and mouse, which is handy for me using my laptop with a monitor without disconnecting the desktop cables. I had trouble getting it to work at first before I realised that the HDMI connector to the monitor was not fully located in the unit - it seems to slide out easily which is unusual for HDMI connectors. I have cable tied the module to the monitor stand and used the cable tie for strain relief so I am hoping it will not give too much trouble by disconnecting itself. There is no obvious way of securing the unit to something else (like a monitor stand, so at the moment my cable tie is blocking one of the HDMI ports as they are very close together - I will need so secure it a different way if I want to use all four ports. One thing that I did not see in the description is that you need to use the special combined HDMI/USB cables that come with the device. They are 1.5m long which is fine for a desktop and a laptop connection, but I will have to see if I can find an extension to connect it to my bigger computer which is further away.

Unreliable, frustrating and now in the bin
Within the first week this unit started having issues when swapping between computers. The pc/laptop would fail to recognise the USB connection, this was the same for 3 different pc's and laptops. Re-election the device would often clear the fault. As the days passed this fault got worse, and then the only way to clear the fault was to remove all of the cables going to the pc's/laptops and in effect remove power from the device, wait for 2 minutes then reconnect. But again over time this got worse and found that it would require longer and longer time unplugged to work again. Leaving a pc on overnight caused it real issues as the usb connection failed repeatedly and all you could hear was the pc making the sound of a usb device being plugged in and unplugged over and over again. The unit has issues with USB pass through, it is a very cheap chipset. Very poor, annoying and in the bin.

KVM switch works fine
not sure why i'm being asked for feedback on "camera quality" and "remote control" - doesn't apply to this product! But as a KVM switch: works fine!

Lackluster.
It lacks support for graphics cards above 30Hz (ridiculous) and it's slow to swap sources even if they are not porting video. I was able in some occasions to connect video over 50Hz cards to the 49" screen, so I wonder if this limitation is more about firmware, rather than hardware. In anycase, good for an emergency, but not recommended for "long term" solution. The idea is good, the implementation sucks!

Easy to set up and does the job
I received the product a couple of days ago and so far it works as expected. The switch is very light, and it comes with 2 cables to be able to connect it to two computers. It is fast switching between both computers.

Works well with most devices
Separates keyboard and mouse and 2 screens between 2 computers very well.

I’ve just started working from home more regularly and want to split my gaming peripherals with my work PC. I’d tried a more expensive option from a store and it just wasn’t powerful enough, so I took a punt on this. It’s only been used once but it worked perfectly right out of the box. I use a Razer Deathadder Elite and Cooler Master SK652 keyboard and the switch is more than powerful enough to keep them both illuminated. So far, very impressed! Long may it continue…

This works as advertised and is the only economical 4-port KVM switch I've found. It works with 3 or 4 machines connected, and works great with Windows and Linux. Switching isn't instant but it always works after a second. Be sure everything is connected to the switch before turning the machines on to ensure that everything is detected correctly.
