Works as advertised, but not as strong as General Hydroponics.
I’m reading this at three out of five stars not because it didn’t work, but because it required a lot more solution to balance my tapwater compared to other brands. I almost had to use twice as much of this pH up compared to the general hydroponics, but can’t attest to the pH down as I never needed to use it. The indicator solution worked well, the solution actually worked and adjusted my water, I just burned through the bottle way faster than I should have. Going forward I’ll stick with general hydroponics but this would work in a pinch!

Works very good
This product definitely helped to keep our pH where it needed to be to keep our plants nice and happy, the instructions are very good to help to understand what to do the water definitely was better after we added this, we got it in a decent time it didn't take hardly anytime at all to get it delivered to our house.
