Why did you pick this product vs others?: Perfect for my needs. This is the size of your pinky finger. The clip is reversible, so no need for the reversible clip. The magnets are strong. The magnet that clips to the tail is on a very thin piece of plastic, and others users had it break. I sort glued my tail on and don’t have any problems. This is a small flashlight, so that tail plastic is thin. The blue GITD doesn’t last long, but looks cool in the dark. I needed the UV light for travel, but the A5 version would be great too. The A8 has all the lights, but it doesn’t GITD.

I love this flashlight. Ultraportable, beautiful design and it delivers. Very useful. I already had the A3 Gen 4 which has also 650 lumens and is the same size and is also beautiful. However de translucent A84th gen has more uses and I find the translucent feature is awesome. I love the UV light and the red one and its three modes.

I purchased two Rovyon flashing on an Amazon Black Friday deal so I got a great price. It’s was a Christmas present for myself and started using it months after my purchase. With a slight learning curve I was ready to go. I started using this as my go to everyday light as I’m commonly in areas with no or little light and a phone light will not do. It’s a great light, light weight and small light with an intense light beam with the easy press of the button. The light intensity can be changed/ lowered with press of the button. If you want to change the preset, Leave the light on at the desired light level for a bit and shut it off. The battery lasts me a few days with moderate use and only once after intense use did have to charge it while out for the day. After a few months of daily usage and carry (EDC) I noticed a small piece of plastic in my pocket. Not knowing what it was I examined my Rovyon light and notice that it was cracked, still working but still cracked. I wasn’t too happy and in fact disappointed as I’m not certain how it cracked , would expect a more durable light as it’s not cheap. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I expected a long drawn out process, blaming me of abusing the light and a final rejection. However, a couple of emails back and forth with photos, they told me a new light was on the way. Rovyon, stood behind their light. They first sold me on a great product, and they won me over with their commitment to standing behind their light and have me raving about it as the replacement was free. I’m a very happy consumer.

This is a fantastic little light for EDC (every day carry). I find myself using it a lot more than i thought i would. I always have lights in my bag, in my car, in my desk, etc., and I have tried many pocket lights and have continued looking for a good pocket light for a while. I am an engineer, and often find myself inside dark control panels and machines, its brighter than lights several times its size, and perfect run time and power to its size. I use the tail cap magnet often, and the side lights come in really handy in many situations where you need a wide are lit up hands free. I have been so impressed with this light that I bought an A28 and an A5, as well as bought several of my friends A5's for Christmas. I carried mine nearly everyday with light use for about 8 months and one day out of nowhere it had zero out put and would not take a charge. The light was completely dead. I emailed RovyVon customer service with a short video of the light not working and my amazon proof of purchase and they very quickly sent me a new replacement light. So I have carried an olights on my keychain for years. This changed my mind almost instantly. I just received it today so I I have any issues I will update later. First it is about the size of my pinky finger. he battery came fully charged. The button is metal and very clicks. Love that it takes to presses to turn on.. the uv light will be great when staying at hotels for checking beds. This little light is packed full of features! The lamp lantern mode is going to be very useful. It has memory. To set the memory you need to turn on the brightness you want it to be set at and leave it on for at least 3 minutes. Love the momentary on! It weighs basicly nothing so I really don't feel any added weight to my keychain. It feels like it's going to be very durable. Does not feel cheep at all.

Brilliant little torch. Fits easily in the tiny jeans side pocket. Perfect for when you unexpectedly need light. Multifunctional, well-built and a quality item. It oozes confidence that the makers know what they're doing. Everyone should have at least one of these. Ideal for keyrings too. I took a bit of a punt at first because they are quite expensive, but the practicality and quality shine through (puns intended).
