This was recommended by my Dr. for extreme hot flashes. Sorry to say it didn’t work. I was however, not given any mg suggestions or frequency. I took 2 a day.

No expiration, use by or packed on date - so, how old is it then? I can only guess at this point. If my wife didn't need it - *presently - would go to the trouble of a return. So, therefore, I can't recommend something so generically packed and no date of any kind anywhere? Also, the inside of the jar and all the tablets are *covered in powder, heavily (not some "normal" amount, heavy) - I can only wonder how these were filled, "packed" and what *from -- it was put in capsules and bottled like this. I hope that helps someone. I wish I had, had a review that addressed this and a date - my assumptions of quality handling of a *consumable* product were wrong.

It has two different counts on the site. It says 100 count in one place and 200 count in an other. We were expecting the 200 count.
