I'm sorry to say but the people critisising this item for it's small size, must be using it very incorrectly. It is for your NECK. Unless these people have massive necks, I don't understand why they think this is a child's size. Children don't tend to have things like even made for them. There is even a video on the item page showing you how to use it - with an adult human female! It relieves so much pressure in my neck, and along with stretches and foam rolling, is going to be a good piece of kit for me in my neck-hump reversal. Please don't be put off by the reviews written by people who haven't got a clue what they're doing.

My chiropractor recommended this for me to use at home between adjustments. I find it works for me and members of my family who have tried it. I use it for 10 minutes every day. This improves my posture and circulation, really de-compresses my neck and shoulders and I feel more comfortable.

Good but I’ve use better ones with pressure points

Rather small, only used it for one exercise session and not helpful. The additional pad waste of time so I purchased a more useful model.

Too small. Does not actually reach my neck when lying on it.

Zip broke as soon as opened had a try but made neck worse. Very uncomfortable. Sent back and money received very quickly

Posture problems or alignments off this is your go to toy. Recommend by my chiropractor and now im Recommended it to everyone else. Its becoming a part of my daily life. My neck,my back everything is aligning up again thanks to this we peace of equipment.
