Seem fine for new supplement
I recently learned that zinc is recommended for a condition I have. These seem fine - no stomach upset or anything.

Well tolerated
Never take zinc on an empty stomach. That said, some brands are more easily tolerated, even on a full stomach. I tolerate this one very well and will never try solid tabs again.
