I have been taking the Superior Source Vitamin B12 for years. Will not be without it. Love that is microlingual and dissolves fast; that is Non-GMO; that it only contains pure active ingredients and is dye free, preservative free and no fillers/additives. I buy the one that has B12, Folic Acid and B6. They support cell production, brain health, energy metabolism, and heart health. WiLL NOT BE WITHOUT IT.
