The 35 bottle model is great.
I don't know what the 50 bottle wine refrig is like because the one I have holds 35 bottles. Never the less, it's a great product. It's built well and maintains a constant temperature & runs very quietly. The wooden shelves are sturdy and it's relatively easy to slide them partially out to remove larger wine bottles. It's simple to operate and reliable. No complaints from me with this product!

Looks great, very quiet, good value!
As many reviews said, it doesn't hold as many bottles as it claims, but I knew that when I bought it so no surprise there. Wooden shelfs are a liiiiiittle cheap, but they look nice from a far. Much nicer than wire racks. It does heat up on the sides and top when it is actively cooling, as others have mentioned, but most often there is no heat or noise. When it does make noise it is very quiet and pretty unnoticeable. Because of limited space in my apartment, I keep it in my bedroom and the noise doesn't disturb me at all. What more could you want? Also I'm very thrilled that it has a carbon air filter inside. That's a feature that I had only found on more expensive fridges.

Great Product - so far
First, let me address the packaging. I read some reviews that stated the packaging was not very good. This is absolutely not the case. The fridge was packed in a box surrounded on all 6 sides by 2 inch sheets of closed cell styrofoam. The box itself was heavy duty cardboard. The carton was then placed on a 4" wood pallet and another cardboard box was placed over it. The box was then secured to the pallet with nylon straps. The primary box containing the fridge could move slightly in the outer box absorbing any shocks during shipping. The product arrived in perfect condition. The unit holds a consistent 59 degrees and is easy to load. It is very quiet. If you get within 2-3 feet of it you can hear it when it's running but all in all it is as quiet if not quieter than my Samsung fridge. The unit holds plenty of bottles. I am not going to quibble if I can't fit 50 bottles in it. It holds plenty. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is for what I believe is a design oversight. I would like to have had one shelf with slightly wide spacing to accomodate larger diameter non standard cabernet bottles. This is a great cooler. I followed all the instructions before loading it up. No smells, no noise, no regrets.

Still trucking in '25, bought in 2019
10 stars if I could. Got this wine fridge in 2019! And it's worked flawlessly until now (mind you it's 2025 now). Still cold, still true to temp, but it seems there's a leak in the double pane glass of the front door. I'm getting condensation between panels and occasionally I'll get a sudden loss in temp or the front door exterior condensating. Kept thinking it was the wife not keeping it shut but it seems the seal glass on the door is giving way somewhere.

Doesn't hold temperature! Totally WORTHLESS and NO REMEDY from Kalamera
This cooler looks great, but doesn't hold wine at the temperature on the unit at all. We unfortunately ordered this model and the larger similar model that hold 85 bottles of wine. Neither one cools wine to the stated temperature. After plugging in the units and loading them up with wine - so fun! We were so excited to have these in our cellar. Then, two days later I go to get a perfectly chilled white wine (finally - a Chardonnay at 48 degrees!), and it is over 50 degrees. Well, ok, I thought it was at the top, so maybe there is some temperature variance over the whole cooler. So, I turned the setting down a few degrees and checked the bottles the next day. Same thing - bottles at the top AND bottom were over 50 degrees, even though I had the temperature set at 44 F. I turned the cooler to its lowest setting and pulled some bottles out and chilled them in a regular refrigerator until they were 42 degrees. Then I put the bottles back in the cooler for a day. Unfortunately, same thing - 51 degree white wine. I check the temperature of bottles throughout the cooler with an infrared thermometer, so I am not looking at air temperature in the cooler, but the actual bottle temperature. I contacted the company and at first the seemed responsive. They sent an email asking a bunch of questions and had us check the vibration on the compressor and checking if the sides or top were hot. Nope and nope... although I thought at one time I did feel one of the sides and it was hot... In any case after answering all of the questions, the company service representative explains how refrigeration works (which I know - I work in the restaurant industry) and said that it was normal for there to be different air temperatures at different spots due to the compressor turning on and off. I have since replied multiple times explaining that I was measuring the temperature of the bottles, but they have stopped responding. I have no idea what to do next. We purchased TWO of these bloody things and neither works properly. They are quiet, but probably because they aren't doing a damn thing. They are both in a 62 degree cellar, so they shouldn't have a problem cooling to 55 and 46 F. They sat in the box for a month before we were done with construction and could get them plugged in, so I don't even know if we can return them anywhere. I would really like them to diagnose and fix the problem if possible.

Excellent wine refrigerator, but it does not hold 50 bottles.
Very pleased with this purchase. It is very quite and keeps the wine perfect at 55 degrees. However, it does not hold 50 bottles of wine!! It fits more like 35-40 normal size bottles. But overall happy with this purchase.
