Bat is very good quality for a decent price. If you are an amateur you will need a bit of time to get used with it but worths the money. Good spin of the ball and quite light weight but feels sturdy.

After two years of playing with a beginner-intermediate Joola bat, I felt that I can benefit from a more advanced bat. I liked the grip of my old bat so I again chose Joola but went up the price ladder. My main reservation before buying it was its weight. The spec says a heavy 225g, which is not correct. It’s actual weight is around 190g, which still is on the heavy side but feels lighter because of its comfortable grip and well round construct. I’m still in the getting used to stage as its rubber is way punchier than my old bat but I am getting a hang of how to control the balls as well. In terms of spin and speed it is what the cover says so if you are an offensive player this is a good option. Amazon also gave me a price adjustment after purchase, which has now made it a really good value for money. So, if you are looking for a bat that has professional feel but don’t want to spend a fortune this could be a good start. If the price is not a factor, you may try even more advanced bats which might be lighter as well. My overall score for the bat is 4.5, but amazon only allows you to choose whole numbers so I went for 4.

good quality

Quite a slow bat but needs time for the rubber to settle. It needs more power to get the ball moving than softer rubbers. I wouldn’t say it’s an intermediate bat. More beginners but is fun to use. It’s quite heavy which suits my style of play. Rubber started to peel off within 30 mins of playing but having had bat for a while no more has come off. Not bad for the price.
