I have Spinal Stenosis, sciatica, a shoulder scapula, pull muscle on my elbow right arm and a lot of inflammation. ok with that, if anyone has experience any of these painful traumas know how painful it can be and the discomfort that comes with it, I have tried everything thing one can come up with to easy my pain and finally I came across this product and have found a tremendous relief. What I love about it that it freezes just about the right temperature and when the use as hot it great. The Gel wraps have help me to experience less pain and my swelling have gone down sufficient.
