Defective product
I was delivered a defective product which doesn’t power on. I have requested for a refund And the seller is yet to contact me. Terrible experience

Gorgeous, but flawed. Impossible to fill up the water to (anywhere near) max without spilling it everywhere. Decisions were made to focus on appearance vs practicality. I hear the cheaper coffee makers have better personalities, but you’re not here for that. 10/10 would waste my money again on this divine caffeine delivery device.

So sad. Such a cute coffee maker but RIP. Only lasted 2 1/2 years. No warning, just stopped working. All the lights were on but it appeared the pump died and was no longer running the water through. I saw others reviewed the same issue. Pretty spendy coffee maker for a short lifespan. Also had a poor design when it came to putting the water in because the lid doesn’t open back far enough. I was willing to overlook that design flaw and would still have recommended it had it not lived such a short life.
