Daniel and Ty continue to enthrall us with unputdownable novel. Theresa's character is the new entrant and totally makes up for losing a major character. An amazing ride ... Looking forward to the last of the lot.

Absolutely fantastic story with loads of action, weird stuff and great characters. Probably the finest addition yet in the Expanse series after Cibola Burn.

Sooner or later it happens to the best of writers - they simply run out of steam. This book appears to not only have been written in a great hurry (has grammatical errors), it was positively boring to read. Not worth the price paid. The latest book i.e. #9 is even more expensive to buy and considering that it has been published in record time, it is likely to be worse than #8.

The penultimate book in the series brings the action up a notch with plenty of surprises.I was hooked on this volume. The best in the series so far. I love where the story went and where it leaves us for the final book. Every character is involved and brings something new to their personal story. I am so excited to read the last volume but also don't want it to end.

There are so many strands to this narrative, but the authors manage to keep them all operating successfully. And they pull off a succession of fascinating conflicts and relationships. Can't wait to read the final book on the series.
