Best Absorbed Vit D3/K2
I’ve used to take this product for many years and recently was advised to start using Vit D again. My body doesn’t absorb pills well anymore so this chewable is perfect and tastes good. My levels will be back up in no time and then I’ll keep using for maintenance.

Effective for optimal levels
I love this formulation which worked well to optimize my D levels within six months years ago per the charts given on mercola.com. My doctor sells his own formulations, but tells me he is "jealous" of my D levels. Hmmmm. A reminder: D3 is actually not a vitamin but a prehormone which should be taken at bedtime only as it has relaxing effects. No supplement provides D sulfate which comes from sun exposure only (or safe tanning beds--do research on this as not all are the same) and necessary in many metabolic functions. What most doctors tell you is in the normal range and what are optimal levels differ vastly, so please do research. I thought I was fine but was not. Since I optimized my D about five years ago I have had only passing bouts of fighting something off, as opposed to multiple times yearly of serious colds/flu-like episodes. Plus D3 is necessary for many functions responsible for good health in general. It is VITAL to take K2 with larger ongoing doses of D3 to prevent calcium leeching from bones. This is the two together. My husband can not take this as it is not gluten free. We both started taking other brands but good K2 is so expensive by it self, so I leave that for him and am back to taking this form which we used for years before he was diagnosed with celiac disease. It dissolves quickly sublingually and has a mild orange-y taste to it, like a milder baby aspirin. This is a great price for a great product.

Great way to get your Vitamin D!
I first found out about this brand from a natural health food store and I ended up liking the products when I ran out of my initial bottle I looked for it online. I hate swallowing pills so this is product is much easier for me to take as it’s a chewable. It doesn’t leave a bad taste in the mouth and dissolves quickly. Love it.

Raise your Vitamin D Levels
Great tasting and works great! This brand was recommended by my doctor. I have taken Vitamin D for years with very little growth. After a year of taking these, my vitamin D has gone way up! Highly recommend!

Solid choice for those needing high-dose D supplement
PLEASE, always check with your healthcare provider before taking any fat-soluble vitamin in excess of the normal recommended daily allowance, as fat-soluble vitamins can and do cause harm in large quantities. (Water-soluble ones are generally not as much of a problem, but your urine may get very, very expensive.) Serum D is not necessarily a part of a blood panel, so if you think you have a thyroid issue, google around and look at some symptoms of low or sub-optimal D levels. It's just as easy to test for both as for one, at least from the patient's perspective, and untreated low D can be flat MISERABLE. If you're taking good care of your skin by staying out of the sun and wearing daily sunscreen, as we all are doing more and more as the dangers of UV become more widely understood, you're unwittingly risking low D. FYI, low D is far easier to treat than melanoma, so keep with the sunscreen, K? That said... I was experiencing some unexplained fatigue and weight gain, along with some other symptoms, so I went to have my thyroid checked. Turns out the T levels are fine, but the D levels were not. My father is on a high daily dose of Vitamin D so I grabbed a couple of his until I could research and get my own. The first few nights, I took the D with my other pills at night, which is, simply put, a VERY BAD IDEA. Insomnia. Check. So then I switched to taking them with breakfast, and it made a massive difference in my energy and mood. MASSIVE. As I continued to research, the benefits of adding K2 to D3 supplementation came up again and again (again, google around and do what's right for YOU in cooperation with your doctor), so I decided I'd prefer to just take them together. In fact, at D3 levels this high, I'd prefer to basically always see some K2 in the pill, if only for safety in that the K2 helps prevent negative side-effects from excessive serum levels of D. I don't love the sublingual concept, but that's what I've found so far in D3/K2 (other than liquid, and just NO on that). It's not delicious, but it's not foul, either. It does take a fairly ridiculous time to dissolve, and I usually chew at least part of it. The label says that's fine, so my assumption is that the sublingual administration is more for speed than anything else. I don't get as big of a burst of energy with this one as with the gelcaps I was using, but there could be several reasons for this (plus probably several that I'm not considering). First, the gelcaps were the first supplement that I took and my serum levels were low, so they may have had a greater experienced effect simply because I took them first. Second, the same K2 that helps prevent toxic side effects may also slow down the desired effects - in the aggregate, that's fine by me. Additionally, the sublingual may actually prove slower, or at least more sustained, release than the gelcaps, wherein the cap dissolves and there's effectively a full dump of the entire contents. I don't get the big energy burst like with the gelcaps, but I do still feel WAY better, and my sleep is undisturbed provided that I take these in the morning. In fact, I sleep better, probably both due to the vitamin itself and my increased activity level during the day. Even if your D isn't low, it's worth discussing supplementation with your healthcare provider, assuming that you're not in the high-normal or high range, if you're experiencing symptoms. What's within normal limits on a blood test may not be what's optimal for you. Mine wasn't SO very far outside the normal range, but it's made a big difference. In that event, this product may not be the right choice for you - a lower D might be what your physician recommends - but still, worth a try. I'm not sure I'll be dedicated and brand-loyal to this particular product, but I will finish the bottle and have no qualms about buying it again if necessary.

Majority of people living in the Middle East has low D3 levels which is very important against Covid as well as your bodies overall health. In order for D3 to be more effective it should be take along with K2. K2 is also very effective against some forms of cancer. This product is chewable and tastes great......
