CNRN Exam Secrets Study Guide: CNRN Test Review for the Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse Exam

I found that this product is almost exactly like the AANN board review!

Read through AANN's clinical practice guidelines and used this review book. Was able to pass the CNRN exam with no problems on the first try. The rationales in the test answers for this book offer a lot more information that isn't presented in the rest of the book content. It's worth reading all of the rationales even if you got the answer right on your practice exam

I find this review material concise and easy to read. It is not overwhelming yet contains the most important information you have. I believe this is a good starting point. EDIT: chsnging it to 4 stars. While it is great, there are some errors and typos.

The book is easy to understand and just what I needed..It summarized what I needed to learn and study in taking my CNRN exam, which Im going to take in AUGUST this year..The practice test in the end of the book is very helpful in assessing my knowledge,I passed and it gave me confidence.

I like the way it’s laid out. The tips in the beginning. Also the reviews then sample questions and the theory in the answers.I like to learn/study by exam and reading the explanations throughly.I will definitely be ordering another study guide if needed in the future!

It has great tips for how to get prepared for the exam, what to expect and even great practice questions. Your book has really helped me feel more confident and prepared for this exam.

CNRN Exam Secrets is a "practical guide," meaning that the conditions and the ensuing practice questions, are those that may be encountered and have application in ER, the Neuro floor, or clinical setting and it is clear in their relevance to nursing practice. Yet it should be noted, that this guide is merely a jumping off point for studying for the CNRN certification. Far from being a complete resource for the exam, it simply touches on the subjects that should be studied more in-depth and then some.

As I look at the book, the impression of how everything is categorized and organized is impressive. Reading through a few pages and already feel confident this book is going to help me get the results I’m looking forward to obtain. As a neuro nurse with my SCRN, I can’t wait to get my CNRN under my name too.
