What is the warmest temp you can use this in without overheating baby?

My granddaughter has used this with just a sweater/light weight jacket. It is really for cold days, Nov-March? I think the rule of thumb is not to overdress once in the Cozyganoosh, as it really is like a giant snow suit. My granddaughter loves it! Best thing I bought her and is used everyday in the winter, as my granddaughter lives in the city and they walk a lot. She is nice and toasty.
