I always check reviews before I buy any item. This dehydrator is made by Cosori which is a very reliable company. I like the fact that it has so much space inside and that all the racks are stainless steel as is the interior. The only thing not steel is the drip tray which food never touches so no big deal. I was also impressed that Dr. Shawn Baker of the Carnivore world has the exact same dehydrator and he could have any dehydrator on the market and he chose the Cosori. Made me so happy that I chose this one, too, and I love it. It is so easy to use, just set temp and time and its dehydrating it's little heart out and the meat chips I made with the pork tenderloin are absolutely amazing. You can't eat just one I will guarantee. I would recommend this dehydrator to family and friends and to anyone who will listen. I am so very pleased with my purchase. You will be if you choose this Cosori dehydrator.

It works just as it should, and even comes with a little recipe starter guide! It’s quiet while on. It is larger so make sure you’ve got the counter space.
