It's Not a Health drink or substitute It's porridge for all age used to be more rich before now more like Ragi porridge. Too Expensive

Healthy product, fills tummy killing hunger. The fragrance is the plus point as it has a sweet cardamom fragrance which makes the taste tolerable even without adding sweetener/honey.

We have been using this product for last 10 years starting for our daughter when she was born and continuing for our younger kid also. Very healthy. Also we have seen doctors also recommend stating that this is healthy
