Sleek, Smart, and Surprisingly Handy!
I recently purchased the HOTO Precision Screwdriver Set, and it's exceeded my expectations in every way. As someone who frequently tinkers with electronics and gadgets, having a reliable set of precision tools is essential, and this set delivers. What I Loved: Comprehensive Bit Selection: The set includes 24 different bits, covering a wide range of screw types commonly found in electronics, glasses, watches, and laptops. This versatility means I haven't needed to reach for another tool since I got it. High-Quality Materials: The bits are made from S2 steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to wear. They've held up well under repeated use, showing no signs of stripping or damage. Thoughtful Design: The magnetic storage within the pen-shaped handle is a game-changer. It keeps all the bits securely in place, and the rotating cap allows for easy access and bit changes. The magnetic tip also ensures that screws stay attached during use, reducing the chance of losing tiny components. Portability: Its compact size makes it easy to carry around, whether I'm moving between workstations or traveling. It's become a staple in my everyday carry toolkit. Considerations: Manual Operation: This is a manual screwdriver set, so if you're looking for an electric option for more intensive tasks, this might not be suitable. However, for precision work, manual control is often preferable. Not for Heavy-Duty Use: While perfect for small electronics and delicate tasks, it's not designed for heavy-duty applications. For larger screws or tougher materials, a more robust tool would be necessary. Overall Impression: The HOTO Precision Screwdriver Set is a well-designed, high-quality tool that's perfect for anyone dealing with small-scale repairs or assembly. Its combination of functionality, portability, and sleek design makes it a valuable addition to any toolkit. Highly recommended for hobbyists, professionals, and anyone in between!

HOTO EDC Precision Screwdriver: A Must-Have Tool
The HOTO EDC Precision Screwdriver has quickly become one of my favorite tools for everyday use. Its sleek, minimalist design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly functional. Perfect for tackling small, intricate tasks, this screwdriver is a must-have for anyone who works with electronics, watches, or other precision devices. What really stands out is the build quality. The aluminum alloy body feels solid and durable, yet it’s lightweight and comfortable to handle. The magnetic bit storage is brilliant—it keeps everything organized and makes switching bits a breeze. The screwdriver comes with a wide variety of high-quality bits that cover almost every need, all of which are neatly stored within its compact, portable design. In terms of performance, the HOTO screwdriver is precise and smooth. It allows for controlled, accurate work, whether you’re repairing a phone or assembling delicate gadgets. The attention to detail, from the ergonomic grip to the perfectly machined bits, makes using it an absolute pleasure. If you’re looking for a reliable, stylish, and functional precision screwdriver for your EDC toolkit, I can’t recommend the HOTO EDC Precision Screwdriver enough. It’s worth every penny!

nice tool
this is a good quality tool, with magnetic holder, its light bits are easy to take out and held in securely. the barrel is a little chunky for hold and best used with the top is in the palm of your hand when turning the bit edge is not long enough to get you into tight or small areas. best for fixing glasses, phones. computer/laptops, tech gadgets where the screws are easily to get to. was not too good for RC cars. would not use this for DIY task or hard turning projects - its not made for that.

Fantastic every day carry - a great present for gadget person
I purchased this with low expectations, but it has truly exceeded them—it’s amazing. I always carry it with me when travelling, and it’s proven to be incredibly handy. The magnetic click when loading the bits is so satisfying, and the centre part pulls out and clicks back into place magnetically. It feels solid and well-built in use, with a thoughtful design touch: the end that rests against your palm features what seems to be a roller bearing, making it even more comfortable. I’m so impressed that I’ve started gifting these to others, and they’ve been a hit with everyone who’s received one!

Beautiful little tool.
I carry a precision driver every day, since I work with computer hardware. These things get around the legal restrictions in the UK or on flights since there's no cutting blade, and no long shaft like on a traditional screwdriver, (seriously, screwdrivers make lethal stabbing weapons since they penetrate so deep.) I spent a long time looking for an upgrade over my old pocket hex driver, and settled on this, and I have to say; its worth the money. The number of bits is huge for the size of this thing given the double ended design, and while that means the form factor is unique so you can't swap for other hex bits you own, I don't know that I could improve much on the selection. Even the torque bits have the dimples that let you work open security screws; it's like the designer decided to make the most functional and comprehensive precision driver they could, and didn't stray from that goal. And then added a valve pull tool for tyres just to bring up the offering further. Construction is great, the bearing in the rotating end feels smooth and high quality, it's lightweight without feeling flimsy and the same magnet that keeps the core in place during travel also grabs the bits when you slot one for use - that's just such neat design. One detracting factor I did notice is that the only flathead is very small, although in practice you can probably use the valve pull tool as a broader one in a pinch. I can't remember ever seeing tiny flathead notched screws; in my experience Philip's style cross notches are much more common at the sort of scale we are talking about. Even so, this is incredibly minor given the rest of what this set offers and in no way detracts from the value here. Overall, kind of in love with this thing. It's clearly exceptionally designed to pack a lot into a small package. It doesn't even rattle due to the magnetic storage, which let me tell you, is kind of amazing after years of pocket drivers that clank when you walk. This is definitely going on a few mates Xmas gift lists this year, it's so good I want to share it with others. If you are deliberating, it's a definite recommend from me. Just know that this is perfect for all those precision jobs, but you might want something with broader bits if you want to assemble furniture or work on industrial machinery. S-Tier driver for my use-case. 99/100%

Quality bit of kit.
A very well engineered quality bit of kit that will prove to be very useful. Small enough to carry in a pocket, only wish it had a removable pocket clip like some small torches.

I wish the world knew Posidriv existed...
I swapped this out for a Kikkerland cheap precision screwdriver set in my "electronic things to carry just in case" bag, mostly for the larger number of bits (I had no room for Torx in the Kikkerland) and the more convenient holder. The HOTO is a little chubby by comparison, but it has three times as many bits (and a rotating base, which I like) so I generally approve. It does feel like it could be a little more compact - either with more bits in the centre or less spacing between them - but it's marginal. The magnetic holder also means it doesn't rattle - although the magnets aren't very strong. The faceted grip is... okay, although I'm not sure how well I'll be able to grip it if my hands are wet or oily. I swapped out three of the obviously obscure bits for precision Posidriv bits (PZ0, PZ00, PZ000) from another set that was less carryable. I've seen Americans get very confused by Posidriv, and given that they're not uncommon in Europe, it's annoying that a lot of screwdriver sets are missing them - or that a tri-lobe or Y bit is somehow seen as more useful. The swapped-out bits hold fine - the biggest issue I had is that they sit deep in the driver (they're single-ended bits, so I'm losing six bits and only gaining three), so I needed pliers or tweezers to get them out. The double-ended bits seems lightly longer than average, which made putting the ones I replaced into another set for storage a bit tricky. TL;DR: decent and convenient screwdriver for the price, but I wish it came with Posidriv bits rather than some of the more obscure options (especially if double-ended bits saved me losing other options).
