I'm very pleased with the purchase. I saved money and got a great product! Someone returned it and I decided to buy a juicer. This is the first time I have purchased a returned item and I am satisfied. Works great, high quality and reliable.

This has been such a great juicer that I finally decided to leave a review. We use it every day for carrots, apples, etc and it works wonderfully. The certified refurbished arrived looking like new and has never had a problem. Juices are wonderful and the banana ice cream it can make (ingredients - frozen banana) is amazing. I will say that cleaning takes some time and effort (maybe 10 minutes), so consider if you would really want to manually clean something each time before you try juicing. I have a feeling the cleaning part is the main reason people give up on juicers. Overall, it's a great machine and I love being able to save on the refurbished units. Thanks Tribest!

The juicer did not work as it was supposed to. Right off the bat, the plastic components on the base started moving to the sides as if the motor was misaligned. While juicing the first fruit, the fibers clogged the stainless steel strainer and clogged it up. Tried cleaning as best as I could and tried juicing apples but the fiber never came out. The apple juice was apple sauce. This was all within 30 minutes of opening the juicer. Definitely going back.

When I 1st got this juicer, it worked great. Juice come out well pressed and the pulp comes out the other side well. Cleaning up is easier than my old one. Its still a bit of a pain because the screen is hard to clean, but not sure if there is a way that that can be resolved. its just the way screens work .Everything worked well for several months, then 1 day problems started developing. A few times, I noticed whole chunks of carrot that would not grind up at all. I found them when I opened up the juicer to clean it. Then today, when I was juicing, no pulp came at all into my glass. When I opened up the juicer to clean it, it was completely clogged up with the pulp from my carrots.I have loved this juicer until these last couple weeks. Very disappointing.

This juicer is okay. It's equivalent, if not a little less, to the Omega 350X which you can get for less. I've had to strain my juice a lot to get it pulp free. The cleaning task is as any masticating juicer they all have pretty much the same parts. I've gotten the refurbished one btw. I wouldn't pay this much for the output of this juicer if I can get the same quality for less.

Man, we love this juicer. We watched the Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead movie and found ourselves shopping for a juicer. This juicer does some great things and some not so great.Pros:Great for hard veggies like carrots and root vegetables.Clean up is easy if you clean after every use.Output has good volume; you don't feel cheated after running a bunch fruit and veggies throughGreat price; I bought the refurb model fro $237 and don't regret not getting new for $150 more.Cons:Not so great for soft items like tomatoes, grapes, and cucumbers. Trick here is to run hard veggies after to clear out the soft veggies.Cleaning can be laborious if you're not in the mood.

This is my fourth juicer I owned and this is the best one I got so far. So far I done Green Juice, Carrot, Pineapple, Apple etc.. it handles everything pretty good and super quiet. The cleaning process the first day took me 5-7 mins to clean it but now I could do it in 2-3. Which is not bad for the power and the amount of juice u get from each vegetables which is incredible.

I use this everyday day. Works great, looks great too. It is easy to use and clean. You hear how hard these machines are to clean but this one is truly easy to clean.I had looked at many machines and this was the only one that worked for me. My girlfriend had one and she’s had it for years and has had no trouble. It’s a winner.
