I liked it. It is a little strong in berry taste. But nothing too bad.

Love this drink! You can mix in water or better yet, I used it in Sprite Zero! So good. I first bought through website but then ended up adding to my Amazon subscriptions for the added discount.

The electrolytes really help address my muscle cramping so I’d say these work well. However the new slim packages are hard to open and when open (with scissors) are so caked inside that the contents won’t readily come out. Sometimes it’s as hard as a rock! Would welcome a return to the old packaging that I could open by hand and was never hard and caked!

I like this brand, I used to buy another brand of vit powders but I like this has some minerals included. There are many flavors but I prefer this flavor the best, it is sweet, I usually put a pack with about two gulps of water and finish it quick, I know some people put it in about 8 oz of water and over time drink it but I just knock it out.
