I think you are asking about the brightness. 1100 lumens is not very bright. 1900 lumens is very good! You have to download the Hue app, and have bluetooth turned on the same wifi. Will not bond, on separate wifi/internets. Bluetooth Hue first, before bonding with Alexa.
