結構硬いのでしつかりと押し付けないと曲面には沿いにくい。 丸い方を使うと角が手に当たって痛い。 平らなまな板の上で、切ったり、返したりはし易いかと思います。

These are perfect for today’s baking mats. They will not cut them. We received two of them. One was white and one was green and they’re very nicely made. I expect many years of satisfactory used from them and I recommend them.
