The vanilla quality is good but not as great when compared to other brands. Used it to bake cakes & brownies. The smell doesn't linger but good enough. Consistency is quite thick. Seems natural & authentic.

Ok I'm not sure if it's just me, but the vanilla taste is extremely faint. I can barely taste the vanilla? They recommend 1-2 tsp for a 500 gram cake. I used almost 1 tsp for a 250-300 ml latte and I could barely taste the vanilla. Seeing the good reviews I purchased this item and unfortunately it's not returnable. Not sure if I got a bad batch :(

Although nothing's better than Vanilla Pods, The vanilla beans paste is much easier to use and has a good flavour better than vanilla extracts. Definitely a good buy.
