Ampper Military Spec Battery Terminal and Cover Top Post Kit with 4 Lugs and Heatshrink for Marine Car Boat RV and Vehicles (Kit)

Buy cheap buy twice I should have known! I bought some cheap terminals for my leisure battery and they did not fit. These Ampper ones are a superb fit as they are a) different sizes for the + and - posts and b) the holes are tapered to fit the posts evenly. I don't know if most batteries sold today have this type of post but these clamps are made of a strong material and are excellent for the job they do.

Nice and solid, I've bought these a few times over the years and they nice and chunky the only minor issue (not bad) side is the nut side has a retaining step that interferss with the nut slight making it difficult to hand turn and marginally limits socket use.

Worked well for my application replacing a worn out terminal. Only used one so far as need to re-do my positive side, had to drill the eyes out a bit on my wiring Nice and strong terminal though and dropped the resistance down a bit.

These are well made high quality battery post clamps. Perfect for all situations particularly 4WDs and off road RVs where standard clamps are not strong enough to handle bumps and jolting. A worthwhile upgrade.
