Tea Forte Single Steeps Loose Leaf Tea Sampler Tea Chest, Assorted Variety Tea Box, 28 Single Serve Pouches, Herbal Tea

I honestly got what I paid for...the box looks like the picture exactly and it is a nice presentation...the flavors received is what was listed...the quality of the tea was as they stated... the quantity of each bag is just as stated for a 12 oz. cup or teapot...OUTSTANDING! Amazon did it's job like they were suppose to do I ordered a little after midnight on 19 July 2018 and received my Tea Forte and Sweese Mug by 7:30 pm the same day even though Amazon called the order day the 18th which I was more than satisfied with! Now when it comes to taste and strength it all comes down to the individual and your understanding of how to arrive at an OK, Good, or Great cup of tea. You have to have right temperature and steep times and if you don't know what they are for a certain flavor or type you can access that information directly from Tea Forte website and also purchase items that are not available through Amazon.... So far I have tried the following flavors: Lemon Lavender...recommend steep time 5 - 7 minutes: I did 5 minutes and it was just a Good cup of tea because it was a little weak for my liking so next time I will steep for 7 or 8 for more flavor because it was a flavor that I truly liked! See how that works preference no need to discard and degrade the product because I didn't steep it long enough for my taste buds...Not Tea Forte fault...!! Strawberry Apple..steep time recommended was 5-7...this time I steeped for 10 minutes because I got sidetracked so the flavor was deep and rich very fruity more so for an ice tea than a hot tea but I loved it...this will be one of my go to ice tea flavors for sure...I drunk about 2 oz hot and poured the rest over ice...went from a Good cuppa to a Great glass of tea! Mojito Marmalade...steep time recommended 5-7 minutes...I steeped for exactly 5 minutes because the smell of spearmint was so strong and I am not a big fan of it...I didn't want that strong taste to deal with...so based on that before tasting I added to the cup a pack of true lemon because I just wanted to cut the taste...BIG MISTAKE... PER JUDGING..I turned what could of been a Great or Good cup of tea into an OK cuppa..the spearmint was not over powering at all..and the added lemon flavoring didn't allow me to get the true taste...I didn't dislike it just didn't get true flavor! African Solstiçe...OMG...CAN I SAY I LOVE THIS!!!!! You can steep this for however long you want because it is a rooibos and never grows bitter...a plus for someone like myself who gets sidetracked alot... always multitasking...HANDS DOWN even though I have several other flavors to taste I already know this is my GO TO...I am going to order a pound pouch directly from Tea Forte for 60.00 that is how much I love this and I am sorry...Ladies at Work I usually share everything with you guys I bring in....this one is Mines!!!...That is how much I love it!!! I will continue to update as I experience other flavors and since I am at home recuperating from surgery my daughter has also ordered me the green tea assortment box so when that arrives I will review that also....I don't expect that fast because she is not a Prime member and not an Amazon shopper at all and in a different state...so regular delivery time...until then!!! TRY THE TEA...28.00..for 28 SINGLE STEEP POUCHES...A $1/12oz cup...NOT BAD...AT ALL!!!

Awesome assortment of herbal teas! I do find I have to steep them for the full five minutes. The turmeric chai (pictured) is my favorite!

This is an excellent choice bought as a gift but came later than expected. So used at a family gathering everyone commented on how nice the teas were! Hope it comes back in stock .

Herbal Tea Review; Disclaimer; used my blooping tea set with a glass filter, not the single serving wire mesh. I also do not like ginger in my Teas, so I will not be reviewing the Ginger Lemongrass or the Kiwi Line Ginger packs. Most of the flavors were nice to consume, and lived up to my expectations; but I will also review the cleanup of the tea, which brought down some of the flavors. African Solstice- Ok flavor (nothing memorable); loose tea cleanup would not knock out well, and got suck in the filtration system, so scrubbing to prevent cross flavors was a must. Apricot Amaretto- lovely flavor, just lovely (may buy a can of it)- still issues with cleanup, but not as bad as the African Solstice. Blueberry Merlot- nice flavor, easy cleanup (also a tea I may buy). Chamomile Citron- Also might buy a can of, very nice flavor combination, bad cleanup, but African Solstice was the worst. Cherry Cosmo- I found this undrinkable, the flavor was meh, and the cleanup was fine, but the smell! Uh, smelled like dishwasher soap, and that small does not go away after brewing. Could not drink more than a mouthful because the smell was overwhelming. Harvest apple spice- LOVE! great for chilly days, easy cleanup. (Also might buy a can of). The Lemon Lavender, Mango Melange, and Raspberry Nectar were all average; nothing memorable about the taste, and nothing memorable about the cleanup. The Mojito Marmalade, Strawberry Apple and Winter Chai were all wonderfully tasting, but had the worst cleanups after the African Solstice.
