Impressive Action and Great Results—My Go-To Lure! I’ve used the Truscend Swimmax lures in both lakes and rivers, and they’ve easily become my top choice for freshwater fishing. What sets them apart is how lifelike they are—when you’re reeling it in, the movement mimics a real fish perfectly. The swimming action is so realistic that fish of all sizes can’t seem to resist. I’ve caught rock bass, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, and bluegill using these, often getting the most bites when I have one tied on. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because one of the lures eventually ripped. To be fair, I got a good number of casts out of it before that happened, but durability could be just a little better. Still, if you’re looking for a reliable, versatile, and highly effective lure for freshwater (and even saltwater) fishing, I definitely recommend giving Truscend Swimmax a try. It catches fish—and attention.

My daughter fishes (is it plural with es as a verb?). She started earlier this year (2025) and is madly into it. Poor fish. So as we were heading to Emerald Island with her friend for a 7-day mini-vaca right after high school graduation, she asked for these lures in hopes she would catch a bass or big fish from the pier off the ocean or inlet. After she stabbed herself a few times (that's my girl) she figured out how to handle them without catching herself (get it, catching herself. Little fish joke there). Anyway, she didn't catch any bass or trout or whatever big fish are in the ocean off the pier in NC. But she did catch not so big fish and she had a terrific time and she loves these lures and can't wait until she goes up to college in the Poconos to the lakes, which she has already looked up and she said they have bass that she plans to catch with these lures. If my girl is happy then I'm happy she is happy. I know little about fishing and prices of lures but these were on a limited time deal and I was willing to pay for them because I thought it seemed reasonable. You will have to be the judge of that if you know about fishing because obviously you are more in the know than me. I know they move in the water and appear like real fish to fish (how we know that when fish don't talk is anyone's guess). I know they sparkle in water and maybe that attracts fish (maybe fish aren't very smart or they like sparkly things like humans). Maybe they just are curious and like my daughter get caught up in the pointed sharp protrusions all over the lures. Regardless, these lures catch things but it isn't always bass.

I have been fishing with these 4 times now. I have caught fish on these lures every time. Good sized bass. These have a good motion and cast well. The bass seem to find the motion and appearance appealing. I saw another reviewer said they are too light to cast well. That just means he was using the wrong rod and/or reel. I am able to sling these across a lake with minimal effort. I liked these so much I bought a larger size swim bait by the same company. It does not swim as well as these smaller lures. These are the sweet spot. All three colors have produced for me. I will be buying more to stock my kids tackle boxes too.

These are good but are very light which gave me trouble casting far. Apart from that it was very good and wasn’t a huge problem I had to put a weight on t.

My grandson love these. They are of good quality, bright colors and easy for a 12-year-old to manage.

The item looks good. It comes with a usb cable. The charging is fast (~1 h). Once putting it into water, it starts to vibrate and the LED light is on (see the short video I made). I hope the blue color works well. Overall, the item is as described and I am satisfied with it. The remaining thing is just to try it.
