Ok, I love the poncho.... but I had a hard time stuffing it all back in the stuff sack. Some reviewers found this easy. Has anyone got any tips?

Guys trust me I got you. Fold in half shoulder to shoulder then again the same way then Ranger Roll. The stuff sack is easy to get it into, and I can carry it in a leg cargo pocket

"one size fits all"? how big is it, do you think it will fit a XXL size?

I agree with the other responses, in the tent-like structure of this poncho, which is 39" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom front; 51" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom back, and 45" under the arms, would fit an XXL with ease. I think that if you have long arms, the dimensions that might concern you, which are not related to size, are the width from wrist to wrist, which is 64"; and, size of the forearm area, which starts at about 10" high, extends about 9", ending at 4" high at the wrist, and then is gathered by elastic which is 3 and 1/4". The elastic extends comfortably to 5". Note that I took these dimensions by laying the item flat on the floor, and measuring it, and the wrinkled nature of the material may result in slight measurement errors.the front length of the poncho from the top of the shoulder to bottom, which is 45"; and, the back length of the poncho, which is approximately 58".

How many inches wide is this poncho?

It's about 4ft wide..trust me its wide enough to fit you and your pack with a lot of room left....It's a great poncho..I was in the market for raingear that was thin enough to pack into my pack while hikeing..I also didn't want to use a pack cover that's just one more thing to make sure I pack into my pack..This poncho is a perfect fit for me..It packs small about the size of a scarf all folded up..Also it fits right over my gear with room enough to do anything...It's a great poncho and I don't really like ponchos I would rather have a rain suit or gear that is waterproof...But I'm very happy I stumbled upon this great piece of gear..Although my maxpedition pack is water resistant I love the fact that the patrol poncho fit over me and my pack and folds up nice and petite....ITS A A GREAT BUY....
